As the title says. This blog, and Aidava, is now on hiatus until I get Chesha to 80 back on BDF. Why? Because I want to. Plus, Aidava is specced BM, which I heard got hit pretty badly in patch 3.0.8.
The idea of a resto specced shaman bouncing about may have also had something to do with it.

Reportin' In
I would be giving you a PuG report now, from my shiny new Report Forms, but it was three of us and a level 60 so it was technically a boost, and Argent Dawn is acting up really badly so everyone except me DC'd at least once.
EDIT WITH ALL THE BITS:
Badlands is now -mostly- done, with just a few outside chain quests and of course another run in Uldaman. However, going to move on to Dustwallow Marsh anyway.
SKILL STATUS:
Mining: 148/225
Engineering: 165/225
Fishing: 227/300
Cooking: 251/300
First Aid: 246/300
NEW ACHIEVEMENTS:
Dungeons & Raids: Uldaman
Exploration: Explore Badlands
REPUTATION GAINS:
Ironforge +Exalted
I could try and make it a target to attach an exploration achievement to every post but that's practically impossible.
Just Gnomeregan on the reputation list now; hopefully the quests in DWM will give enough overflow rep to keep it steady.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Dustbowl
I'm shocked, I didn't think the Badlands had that much the way of quests... but I am much mistaken. Ironforge quests abound, meaning that Ironforge should get its last bar of reputation pretty soon, and... GNOME QUEST CHAIN.
Did the Swamp of Sorrows, no problem at all.
I have also done the cooking quest.
I do have a gripe, though. I have no problem with the people who want to increase their Bloodsail rep by killing people in Booty Bay. But what really annoys me is when they kill an npc when someone is clearly talking to them. Like my previous encounter, or one that happened today when I just managed to buy my new round of arrows when a dwarf pulled the vendor.
Look out for the next PuG Report soon, Uldaman.

Across Those Green Hills of Stranglethorn
STV IS DONE.
At least, most of it. There are some quests that reach out (to Swamp of Sorrows, Hinterlands) and one quest that is confirmed bugged that I'm going to try again tomorrow; if it doesn't work I'm going to have to call in a GM. Did in two elites solo, and got frustrated when somebody killed a quest giver for Bloodsail rep just as I was about to hand his quest in.
Did a lot of running around, bit of buying stuff from the AH, and am now in the inn at Gadgetzan, awaiting grinding for the cooking quest.
Also, an interesting note - not once today did I drop off to sleep temporarily, which might mean that because of how repetitious the mining gets is the cause.

I didn't check what the status was on the Gnomes, but since most of the quests in STV are for the Steamwheedle Cartel, there wouldn't be that much difference.
NEW ACHIEVEMENTS:
Quests: The Green Hills of Stranglethorn
Exploration: Explore Stranglethorn Vale
Hmm. Swamp of Sorrows next, the few quests that can be found there.

Reeling 'em in
That's it. I've got the Fishing quest out of the way. I was going to do the cooking one too (just the eggs as I bought the Zesty Clam Meat from the AH and the Alterac Swiss from the cheesery in SW) but looking at the level of the mobs on my map I decided to leave it until Lv45.
I also decided to go ahead and finish Green Hills of Stranglethorn, which meant finding out which pages I hadn't got and then getting them from the auction house.
This also meant doing an Elwynn Circuit to get the money to buy the correct pages.
Halfway through I got a whisper from a level 2 Warlock - asking if I wanted to RP. I politely declined as I didn't want to cut the circuit short.
Logged off (Blue Recluse again) after putting the bars in the AH, because for some reason I keep dropping off to sleep whilst on the Circuit, meaning I either run into mobs or into the terrain for a couple of seconds while I regain my bearings.

There Ya Go
Got a decent amount of STV done today, with the completion of the Tiger Mastery line, the completion of the second stage of Panther Mastery, and the completion of the first and second of Raptor Mastery.
It was while I was tracking down Stranglethorn Tigers that I spotted a druid that seemed to be struggling. They'd already tagged the mob, were getting low on health, so I decided to help, killing the mob. A couple of moments later, they pulled two Venture Co. goblins from nearby (they were low enough level for a big aggro range) and I stayed to lend a hand. I'm just glad I was helping someone who didn't just walk away then - they stayed to DPS the goblins a bit, and thanked me afterwards. So this is a shout out to that druid - you're still very welcome.
Also, working on an RP set, with an mini-set, if you will; Gloves, Chest, Legs and Feet, and possibly an Indiana Jones-style hat - it's the rewards from the Mastery quests and the Excelsior Boots.

Heeere fishy fishy...
Phew. A lot done today, but not in the form of quests - in the form of professions.
First off the bat, after killing Kurzen, I found a silver vein someplace nearby which got my mining up to 125 so I now know how to smelt iron (but haven't trained Expert Mining yet).
Then after doing some fishing in a school of fish in the river below, in Stranglethorn, and cooking the fish I caught (resulting in me maxing Cooking to 225) I decided to head up to SW. Cancelled one of my Silk auctions, used the silk to make enough bandages to cap my First Aid. Then I went to IF and spent at least an hour fishing there (trying to cap Fishing and fish up Old Ironjaw) and finally ended up back in STV, where I fished up the Find Fish book, and capped Fishing.
So then I went out up to Menethil, boat to Theramore - did the First Aid Triage quest. Swam out to Nat's Landing and got his Fishing quest; and after swimming back flew to Gadgetzan to pick up the Cooking quest, subsequently hearthing to BBay and flying to SW, where I once again logged out in the Blue Recluse.
Also, on the more social side of things. I've had at least two whispers (one today, one before) about where I got my [Tabard of the Hand], and while fishing in IF I was joined by an 80 and a 72, the latter of which started up a mild bit of RP, in which my only words (in response to a question something like 'any interesting fish') were 'nothing substantial' or something like that.
Whoo.

Unfortunately by the looks of the quests they'll be sitting in my log for some time, requiring visits to Tanaris, Feralas and the like. Get thee to a cheesery!

Can you say BUSY?
STV was... a bit crowded when it came to questing, let's put it that way.
Picked up the quests from Nesingwary's Camp, did the first stages of Panther and Tiger Mastery, and while I was doing the former, I also went over to Kurzen's Camp.
When I got there, I found a Shaman and at least three other hunters there on the same stage of the quest I was on. We were all running around trying to get the Jungle Fighters.
Did some fishing, then cooked the fish; so increases in skills in that regard.
Also: Bag Space. I invested in two 14-slot bags from the AH, about 4, 5 gold each, and after equipping meaning my current bag space has been increased by 8 slots. That's not really enough, if you think about it. Not when that ups from 52 to 60 total slots (16+16+14+14) and there's another potential 14 slots if I didn't have to carry around a quiver.
SKILL STATUS:
Mining: 124/150

Around and Arathi
Well, there goes Arathi Highlands... and now onto the huge, annoying mass of jungle that is Stranglethorn Vale. Picked up all the available quests, from both Booty Bay and the Rebel Camp; not from Nesingwary's camp though, I haven't been there yet.
I didn't note anything down so I don't really have anything to report of note. Logged out in Stormwind's Mage District, sitting at a table outside the Blue Recluse.
Also I seem to have developed my own RP tendencies - whenever I go into a building in Stormwind, I always turn and 'talk' with my Ravager before telling it to stay outside while I go in; and I've taken to walking around SW. It's slow, but you get to see a lot more, which is a good thing.
NEW FLIGHT POINTS:
Rebel Camp, Stranglethorn Vale: RBC

On the Fly
Here's something rare - while I type this I am also currently in-game. Ok, so I'm on a five minute flight across Kalimdor.
Just dinged 41, Arathi Highlands progressing smoothly, having just hearthed from the tower at the back of Stromgarde to Nijel's Point. Why? I attacked one mob just outside the tower, in an attempt to break out, and about six swarmed Ravager. I had enough time to hearth out, luckily.
A more detailed update when I log off.

3 Down, 2 To Go
Of the home reputations, only two remain unexalted. This is a good thing.
Desolace is now done; the only quest remaining that is worth doing sends me to the Swamp of Sorrows, so that's out of the question at the moment. I'm due next to finish off quests in Alterac and then head to Arathi Highlands, before going to Stranglethorn Vale. I'm level 39 now, so I see no reason why I won't be past 40 by STV - and most people end up questing there before 40, meaning at the levels it is intended for I will not have visited it.
Did some more skill ups, quests in Desolace, stuff like that. Bought out the contents of the Vendor-Tron 1000 and the Super-Seller 680 for cooking recipes.
I was going to take another PVP break here but I want to move on.
SKILL STATUS:
Mining: 124/150 (1 more skill until I can mine iron and learn expert, yay)
Engineering: 146/225
Fishing: 155/225
Cooking: 205/225
First Aid: 214/225
When I reach 60, all of my professions had better be 300 - I refuse to quest in Outland until they have reached that important mark. Mainly because you can't really profess in Outland until they are 300.
REPUTATION GAINS:

A couple of quests happened for the Argent Dawn as well. But I've worked something out - for quests done that would normally give reputation for a faction I've already got to Exalted, the reputation kind of overflows into the lowest Alliance faction I've got - specifically, Gnomeregan Exiles, because they've hardly got any quests in Azeroth.
NEW ACHIEVEMENTS:
